My course, lesson, or progress is missing

We're constantly working on improving our platform and offering, including optimizing our content. This process may include removing, adding, or updating our courses and lessons to give you a better learning experience. Also, each of these changes goes through a series of internal and student testing to ensure the quality is up to par.

We realize that as we add or change courses, it can impact your progress statistics. We do try to adjust that manually before launching so you don't see an impact on your progress, but we're human, so - not perfect. If you find that newly-released content has impacted your progress, please reach out to us.
