Issues paying for subscriptions from India

If you reside in India and have subscribed, or are attempting to subscribe, you may have difficulty re-subscribing due to restrictions from the Reserve Bank of India and the Central Bank of India.
Our system will retry payment again in a few days, and it's likely to go through. In the meantime, here are some ways to resolve the issue:
- Contact your bank to opt-out of the new system restrictions.
- These restrictions aren't mandatory, and you can opt-out.
- Update your payment method.
- Learn how to do that here.
- Cancel your subscription, and then re-subscribe to Dataquest at the end of your subscription term.
- Your progress won't be lost.
- Contact your bank to inform them that you'd like to subscribe to Dataquest when your subscription attempts to renew.
- Reach out to us hereand ask us to manually retry the payment.
- This may mean we need to cancel your current subscription and activate a new subscription. Your progress won't be lost.
