How to add multiple team members at a time
You can add multiple team members at a time by following the steps below:
You can add up to 50 team members at a time.
- From your Dashboard, click the avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Team Admin
- Click Invitations
- Click + Invite New Team Member
- Click Upload CSV
- You can add a maximum of 50 team members at once. If you have more than 50 team members, you'll need to create multiple CSVs.
- You will see a popup open, Click Upload CSV again.
- Your CSV must contain these columns:
- Name (This is where you input their first name and last name)
- Email (This is where you should input the e-mail addresses of your team members)
- Admin (Indicate whether a user will be a team admin by placing Yes in the column)
- An example CSV document would look as follows:

- Your CSV must contain these columns:
- Upload the CSV with your team members name and email addresses.
- Click Invite
What happens when I add multiple team members at once?
When you add multiple team members via CSV, those members will be added to your team immediately and appear as Active (rather than in Pending status).
They will also receive an invitation via e-mail to join your team. They will need to click the Join Team link in the email, allowing them to create a password for their account.
If they had a Dataquest account before being invited, they'd need to log in with their current credentials.
