Requesting a refund

Refund policy:
- If you request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, you can receive a refund.
- You may not request another refund if you resubscribe after requesting a refund.
- If you request a refund within 14 days of an autorenewal, you can be refunded for that autorenewal.
Additional information:
Dataquest processes your refund within 2-business days of the request. While your bank returns most refunds in 2 to 3 days, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to be processed.
Refunds will be reimbursed to the payment method on file for the exact charge amount. Dataquest is not responsible for exchange rates or any resulting banking fees. Dataquest reserves the right to decline fraudulent refund requests.
In some cases, we may be able to give a partial refund for annual and Lifetime plans. In these cases, you will be charged a monthly rate of $49 for the elapsed time and refunded the balance of the original subscription price.
Please note that lifetime and biennial plans are only available in limited circumstances for very limited periods. If you cancel and request a refund for a lifetime or biennial plan, you might be unable to resubscribe to that plan.
