How do I change my email address?

Paid Accounts
To combat account stealing, email address changes are restricted inside accounts. Please message us with your new and existing email details, and we will help you process the change. You can also email us directly at hello@dataquest.io
Free Accounts
- From inside the Dataquest app, click the avatar in the top-right corner of your screen to access the user menu.
- Select Profile
- Click on the Edit button.
- Update your email address.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
* Please note that the screen may get stuck if the system already has an email address in use. Reload the page and use a unique address, or contact us with your current and new email addresses. We will assist with the change.
