How do I reactivate my account?

There are two options for reactivating an account. You can purchase a new subscription or reactivate an old subscription.

To purchase a new subscription, visit the pricing page at https://app.dataquest.io/payment

To reactivate an old subscription, follow these steps:

1. Visit the subscription page from the user dropdown menu.

2. Click Payment Methods

3. Update your Payment Method if needed

4. Click < Payment Methods

5. From the Manage Subscription tab, choose the subscription you'd like to reactivate

6. Then click Reactivate Subscription
