Delayed or Wrong Files in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Lessons

If you're working with Microsoft or Tableau content with a dataset or file dependencies and do not see the correct files, you may need to reload the files for your session.

To resolve this problem, use the dropdown menu next to the Restart option and select Reset Files. This will reload the correct files in your virtual session.

If resetting the files does solve your problem, please contact support, and we will troubleshoot the issue for you.
