How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Overview

Upgrades take place immediately, and we will charge you the price of the selected plan. We will issue a refund for your previous plan on a prorated basis.

Downgrades occur at the end of your current billing cycle, and we will bill you when your subscription renews.


You're welcome to change your billing cycle between monthly and annually at any time from your Subscription page:
  • From your Dashboard, click the user menu in the upper-right corner.
  • Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
  • Click Manage Your Subscription.
  • Select your subscription
  • Click Edit Subscription
  • Select the plan that you'd like to switch to*
  • Click Update Subscription

You can review the changes (and cancel them) at any time by following steps 1-4 and selecting view scheduled changes.

*You will only be able to upgrade to our Premium Annual plan. To upgrade to a limited-time offer plan, you'll need to subscribe to it via our pricing page during our promotions.
