What if my team members need help?

There are a couple of ways that your team members can help, depending on the type of help they need.

Non-content help

For non-content related questions (account, progress, etc), your team members can get immediate assistance from our Help Center!

To access our help centre, click on the User 👤 icon, and then click on 'Help'.

Team members can leverage the Help Center in various ways:

  1. Check out the suggested articles provided
    • Any time the Help Center widget is opened, it will suggest 3 articles relevant to the page they're visiting.
  2. Type some keywords in the search bar
    • They need to press enter to find related articles
  3. Click the Help Center module to search through the different Help categories
  4. Click the Report an Issue module if they're experiencing a bug
    1. They can review these steps to help understand if it's a bug or a connection issue
  5. If our articles aren't helping, they can send us a message by clicking the Message Us module from the dashboard.
